What You’ll Be Doing

1. Take customer orders via messages and calls.
2. Organise orders.
3. Deliver excellent customer service by being courteous, friendly and responsive.
4. Provide customer support related to deliveries, including missed deliveries, damaged packages, or incorrect items.
5. Conduct onsite visits to understand customer needs.
6. Gap runner.

Location & Commitments

• Must be in Dallas
• Permanent part-time role
• Monday - Friday (20 - 24 hours per week)
• Regular onsite customer visits
• Must have full working rights in The United States of America
• Include 2 work references
