Operations Manager

We are looking for a customer-friendly Operations Manager to manage and oversee our day-to-day operations.

You must have experience in customer service and working as a Manager.

Strong verbal communication skills are essential.

What You’ll Be Doing

  1. Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Company, ensuring that the Company runs smoothly and effectively meets its goals.
  2. Oversee and manage orders, production, delivery, customer service and facilities.
  3. Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and industry standards.
  4. Ensure that finished food products meet specifications and regulatory standards.
  5. Manage equipment, raw materials and ingredient resources to meet production objectives.
  6. Train and manage manpower, ensuring alignment with the Company’s mission, vision and values.
  7. Tackle unforeseen issues and troubleshooting.
  8. Oversee delivery persons, ensure efficient delivery operations and enforce company policies regarding safety, delivery standards, and driver conduct.
  9. Manage vehicle maintenance and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  10. Gap runner - Sydney area only.
  11. Maintain open communication with delivery persons, production team and customer service representatives.
  12. Provide customer support related to deliveries, including missed deliveries, damaged packages, or incorrect items.
  13. Organise orders for interstates.
  14. Organise and oversee interstate stock transportation.
  15. Manage interstate inventory records.

Location & Commitments

  • Must be in Sydney area
  • Permanent full-time role
  • Monday - Friday
  • Occasional onsite customer visits
  • Must have full working rights in Australia
  • Must have Australian Driver’s Licence
  • Include 2 work references
  • Free onsite parking if driving to work
  • Uniform provided
