Operations Manager
We are looking for a customer-friendly Operations Manager to manage and oversee our day-to-day operations.
You must have experience in customer service and working as a Manager.
Strong verbal communication skills are essential.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Company, ensuring that the Company runs smoothly and effectively meets its goals.
- Oversee and manage orders, production, delivery, customer service and facilities.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and industry standards.
- Ensure that finished food products meet specifications and regulatory standards.
- Manage equipment, raw materials and ingredient resources to meet production objectives.
- Train and manage manpower, ensuring alignment with the Company’s mission, vision and values.
- Tackle unforeseen issues and troubleshooting.
- Oversee delivery persons, ensure efficient delivery operations and enforce company policies regarding safety, delivery standards, and driver conduct.
- Manage vehicle maintenance and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Gap runner - Sydney area only.
- Maintain open communication with delivery persons, production team and customer service representatives.
- Provide customer support related to deliveries, including missed deliveries, damaged packages, or incorrect items.
- Organise orders for interstates.
- Organise and oversee interstate stock transportation.
- Manage interstate inventory records.
Location & Commitments
- Must be in Sydney area
- Permanent full-time role
- Monday - Friday
- Occasional onsite customer visits
- Must have full working rights in Australia
- Must have Australian Driver’s Licence
- Include 2 work references
- Free onsite parking if driving to work
- Uniform provided
