Order & Delivery Manager

We are looking for a customer-friendly Manager to oversee our order and delivery operations. You must have customer service experience.

Strong verbal communication skills are essential.

Familiarity with Google Spreadsheet would be helpful. - report to the COO

What You’ll Be Doing

  1. Take customer orders via messages and calls.
  2. Organise orders for interstates.
  3. Organise and oversee interstate stock transportation.
  4. Manage interstate inventory records.
  5. Dispatch orders with correct labelling.
  6. Invoice and follow up payments.
  7. Ensure accurate order picking and loading.
  8. Provide customer support related to deliveries, including missed deliveries, damaged packages, or incorrect items.
  9. Oversee delivery persons, ensure efficient delivery operations and enforce company policies regarding safety, delivery standards, and driver conduct.
  10. Gap runner - Sydney area only.

Location & Commitments

  • Must be in Sydney area
  • Permanent part-time role
  • Monday - Friday (24 - 26 hours per week)
  • Occasional onsite customer visits
  • Must have full working rights in Australia
  • Must have Australian Driver’s Licence
  • Include 2 work references
  • Free onsite parking if driving to work
  • Uniform provided
